LEGO® House is designed for full accessibility for all guests. Inside and outside the building, guests will find level areas with smooth and solid surfacing, broad doors and sufficiently wide corridors for wheelchair users and those with impaired mobility. Right outside of LEGO® House on Byens Square, visitors will find two parking spaces for cars and busses with a disabled parking permit, as well as a designated drop-off/pick-up zone for busses. Disabled parking spaces can also be found at the nearby parking garage at Hovedgaden 24, DK-7190 Billund.
All indoor and outdoor areas have level access with smooth and solid surfacing. All three entrances to LEGO® House Public have a designated entrance next to the revolving doors for wheelchair users and those with impaired mobility. At the the Experience Zones in LEGO House Paid, the entrance to the left is suitable for wheelchair users. Ask for the “LEGO House on Wheels” map, which guides wheelchair users to an optimum experience at LEGO House.
LEGO® House has a limited number of wheelchairs that guests can borrow for free.
Assistants to disabled persons with valid helper-ID will be granted free admission. Hence it is not necessary to book a ticket for the assistant in advance. The helper card must be presented at the ticket sales counter.
Accessible restrooms are located on all floors of LEGO® House. Please ask our staff for more information.
LEGO® House permits guide dogs and service dogs to accompany their owners into all guest areas, including the three restaurants. It is the owner’s responsibility to have full control over the dog and prevent it from seeking contact with other guests.
LEGO® House features nine accessible terraces. Wheelchair users can access all of the terraces by elevator. Guests can also access the terrace on Keystone via a special lift. Please ask our staff for more information.
Throughout LEGO® House, you will find a number of centrally located resting spots. Ask the service staff for a map or directions to the nearest resting spot.
